Jeremy Blackburn

Jeremy Blackburn, a veteran of the U.S. Army and National Guard, honed his robust skill set in the real estate industry while still in college. Using his GI Bill Bonus, he purchased a six-bedroom house near campus and converted it into a duplex, which sold a year later for 170 percent more than the original purchase price.
That spawned a growing portfolio of industrial, commercial, hundreds of houses and 35 apartment buildings and counting, as well as a successful career that’s drawn from three generations of construction experience and management. Jeremy has been a managing member of numerous project-specific real estate and development companies, responsible for the development, construction, and sale of thousands of residential lots and housing units worldwide as well as numerous commercial and industrial properties. He’s renowned for his experience in evaluation, entitlement, site and vertical construction, property management and disposition.
The South Carolina real estate sales professional is part owner of the Sperry Van Ness Charleston Franchise. He was also past president of Prodigy Mortgage Corp., a founder and Director of America West Bank and CEO of Titan Atlas Global, a design, manufacture, development and construction company.
Fueled by a passion for the future of this industry, Jeremy has been a keynote speaker for many conferences worldwide, including a construction technology conference at the United Nations in New York, a “Rebuilding of Haiti” conference, “African Development” conference, “Construction Advancement” in Brazil, “Modern China Construction” conferences and at a “Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” construction conference.
